Implementation and Delivery

Implementation is simple because we integrate with your existing reporting tool for quick and easy access to your data. Implementation can be completed in just five steps:

  1. Evisions Professional Services installs the Data Collection Agent at the client site.
  2. A Client representative and Evisions Professional Services review the existing data for integrity and completeness.
  3. Evisions Professional Services works with key personnel at the client institution to establish the questions as they relate to the data.
  4. Evisions develops the custom Alexa skill for the institution.
  5. The client is notified when the solution is made available in production.

Once into production, your data is completely and readily available on any Alexa-enabled device where the private skill is enabled. Evisions leverages Alexa for Business, from AWS, to deliver the skills directly to each client. Alexa For Business grants complete control over who and which devices can access the skill. EASE for Amazon Alexa uses the Argos development platform to allow for maximum flexibility. Deliverables include the Data Collection Agent, the necessary Alexa license, training and installation, and implementation and user guides.

Requirements and Preparation

EASE for Amazon Alexa uses the power of Amazon Alexa For Business. You will need an AWS account so that you can access Amazon Alexa for Business service. Once you have your AWS account, you provide your Amazon Resource Number (ARN) to Evisions, and Professional Services will provide access to your available Alexa Skills.

Once that is setup, you can manage devices, skills, and rooms within Alexa for Business setup.

Any users, devices, or rooms set up to use this Skill group will automatically get the custom skill enabled it for use.
