Using EASE for Amazon Alexa

Once your Alexa skill is configured to run on at least one of your devices, you can use the skill for the first time.

You can use EASE for Amazon Alexa with either a personal Amazon account, or with an account tied to your work or other email.

• If you use your personal Amazon account, you will be able to access the skill with personal devices such as phones.
• If you use an account associated with your institution, you can enable the skill for devices already in use in your campus.

Starting the Skill

To start the skill, say "Alexa, Open <Invocation Name >" where the invocation name is the name of the skill. This may be a generic name for the skill, such as "Admissions Assistant" which is used as an example throughout this help, or it might be customized for your institution.
