Accessibility

Evisions is committed to ensuring that our products and services are accessible to all users. To achieve this, we design and test our products for accessibility against the U.S Rehabilitation Act Section 508 standards and WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Our products’ current levels of conformance under Section 508 are documented in Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) that are available for download on the Support website.

Evisions’ strategy is to ensure that new products and new features added to existing products meet all applicable accessibility standards upon initial release. In addition, maintenance releases of existing software may include updates designed to increase product accessibility. Evisions’ websites, online marketing and training materials, and online help are similarly improved continuously to provide a better experience for all of our users, regardless of ability.

The U.S. Access Board published a refresh of the Section 508 standards in January 2017 (effective January 2018) which replaces many of the product-specific requirements with functional criteria based on the WCAG 2.0 level A and level AA guidelines. Evisions has tested its products against the WCAG 2.0 guidelines and includes these requirements in our accessibility testing. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the accessibility of Evisions’ products or services please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is valuable to us and we are always open to exploring new ideas for enhancing the user experience of our products and services.
