You automatically have access to all of the data for your institution for prior years, if that data was submitted as part of an IPEDS survey. If you are an Evisions IRIS user, you also have access to the data within IRIS for the current year and the previous year.

As an option, you can request data from other institutions for previous years and use that data for comparisons and benchmarking. Your Evisions Professional Services representative will discuss the options before installation.

You can visualize:

Data related to Student Aid:

• The number or percentage of students receiving grants or loans for the current year.
• The number or percentage of students who received government aid compared to those who received institutional aid during different years at your institution, or as compared to other institutions.
• Data about the dollar amounts of grants and loans.

Demographic data about current and past student populations, which can inform discussions and decisions about:

• Diversity of the student population.
• Graduation rates, including how long students are enrolled and time-to-graduation metrics based on demographics, student aid, or other measures.

Data related to graduation or completion rates:

• Compare your institution to other similar institutions.
• Investigate trends in graduation rates from year to year.
