Login

This is the main login screen for Evisions applications. You need to enter your Username and Password to launch the application. There are several options you can configure to meet your needs.

This is the Argos Login screen. In addition to login and password entries, you must also enter the server name that Argos will communicate with.

Forget this user - removes this user from the list of saved usernames in the drop list.
Remember this user - adds this user to the list of saved usernames in the drop list.
Remember the password for this user - saves the password for this username.
Edit Servers - extends the Login screen to give you server specific options.

Click the Login button to launch the application once you have entered a valid Username and Password. Consult your administrator if you aren't sure what your username and password is.

Edit Servers

This image is the Login dialog when Edit Servers is selected. With Edit Servers selected, you enter the server name or address, and port used for communication between the application and MAPS.

Green "+" sign - allows you to add a server to the list of available servers to choose from.
Red "X" - deletes the selected server.
Server Address - enter the name/address of the server.
Use the default port - check this box to use the default port for the application (27467).
Port - if your administrator has instructed you to do so, you can uncheck the default port and type in the port number your administrator gave you.

Note: If you cannot login, it may be due to local or network firewall settings. While it is not commonly required, you may need to configure your firewall to allow access on the selected port.
