Publishing an Entity

Before you can ingest the data for an entity, you must publish it to make it available for ingestion.

Publishing the Entity

When you have a working query, and you have mapped the data, you can publish the entity so that all of the pertinent data from the data source is ingested.

Select Publish Entity.

The data for the entity will be ingested from the data source at the next scheduled or manual synchronization.

Unpublishing the Entity

Before you can edit the query or the data mapping for a published entity, you must unpublish it.

Select Unpublish Entity.
